Arbitrate full range of construction disputes for public and private entities.

Construction Claims Consultant (1980-present)

Prepare and evaluate construction claims of for all members of the construction community. Analysis of schedule, delay, out-of-sequence construction, lost productivity, construction defects, etc. Calculate damages, prepare chronology of events, design and prepare graphics. Early-neutral-evaluator, settlement negotiator. Assist attorneys in preparing and presenting cases for mediation, arbitration, litigation and mini-trials.

Dispute Resolution Consultant (1982-present)

Advise client as to specific ADR process best suited to resolve its disputes and customize process procedures as necessary. Assignments include the original mediation program for the New York City School Construction Authority.
